Every calculator runs entirely in your browser. Nothing you type into a pace, VDOT, VO2 max, heart rate or calorie field is sent to a server.

Saved on your device

To save retyping, the race predictor, VDOT and VO2 max calculators remember your last race distance and time in your browser’s local storage (key pcp:race). It never leaves your device, and you can remove it any time.

AI race-plan coach

When you press “Get my race plan”, your race result, goal race, optional weeks, weekly volume and question are sent to our server and processed by an AI model through Vercel AI Gateway to write the reply. We don’t store these requests or build profiles, and don’t ask for your name or email. Don’t include personal details in your question.

Analytics

We use Ahrefs Web Analytics, a cookieless, privacy-friendly tool that counts page views and referrers without identifying you.

PaceCalc Pro gives estimates for training, not medical advice. Check with a doctor before starting hard training, especially if you have a heart condition.
